The housing is milled from high-quality solid aluminum and is available in silver or black anodized. The only visible control element is a discreet power switch on the top.
For MM and MC
On the underside, a switch allows you to choose between Moving-Magnet and Moving-Coil operation. Thanks to the pickup adaptation in active MC mode, the basic V2 is compatible with most demanding MC systems without further settings.
Low-Interference Signal Routing
Gold-plated RCA inputs and outputs ensure high-quality and low-interference signal transmission. Additionally, the basic V2 features a switchable subsonic filter that suppresses extremely deep, potentially disturbing frequencies in both MM and MC operation.
The RIAA equalization accuracy is significantly below 0.1 decibels. Thus, the basic V2 combines high everyday usability with detailed and authentic analog reproduction.
