Milled from solid material

Visually, the balance V2 is reminiscent of the excellence of the absolute phono. The precision-milled solid aluminum housing is available in silver or, on request, black anodized.

Flexible connections

The phono preamplifier offers outputs for headphones with 6.3-millimeter jack as well as XLR and RCA, which can be occupied in parallel. Gold-plated RCA inputs and outputs support precise and low-interference signal transmission.

For MM and MC

On the underside, you can choose between XLR or RCA input as well as MM or MC operation. This allows the balance V2 to be adapted to different cartridges and setups.

Convenient control

The volume can be manually adjusted on the front and additionally switched to mute or automatic at the touch of a button. In automatic mode, the output level is at maximum performance.

Like the basic V2, the balance V2 also features cartridge matching for many MM and MC systems available on the market. The RIAA equalization achieves an accuracy of less than 0.1 decibels; a switchable subsonic filter suppresses particularly low frequencies.

External power supply

Potentially disruptive mains frequencies are reduced by the external power supply in a separate aluminum housing as well as by grounding via the ground connection.
