As Dynamo™ 10’s larger, more powerful sibling, Dynamo 12 offers the same robust connectivity and extensive feature list but with more output capability and low frequency extension, all while maintaining a compact profile. Dynamo 12’s impressive “resume” includes a custom 12” aluminum woofer, a 1600W peak power amplifier, and a best-in-class 500MHz DSP Engine with 64-bit processing all housed in an expertly crafted 1” thick cabinet. With massive power and high precision on tap, Dynamo 12 also features a variety of connection options ranging from XLR to the built-in wireless option. Dynamo 12 also features MartinLogan’s powerful and intuitive control app for convenient setup and adjustment, as well as being compatible with the award-winning Anthem Room Correction (ARC®) system.

Magnitude® MT-1.6kW Amplifier

Keeping Dynamo 12’s woofer fed with as much power as it can take advantage of is no easy task. Stepping up to the plate is MartinLogan’s Magnitude MT-1.6kW amplifier. Delivering up to 1600W peak (800W RMS) of clean power, ensures remarkable impact and seamless musicality at all volume levels. MartinLogan’s Magnitude amplifiers are designed to deliver their power reserves with ultra-low distortion to ensure maximum fidelity along with high output capability. MT-1.6kW maintains exceptional control over Dynamo 12’s woofer, guaranteeing precise, and powerful bass exactly when you want it.

Built-In Wireless Capability

Although correct placement plays a key role in optimizing subwoofer performance, getting a cable where you need it can be challenging. For ultimate convenience, our Dynamo subwoofers come with a built-in Wireless Receiver and Wireless Transmitter, making it easier than ever to eliminate cable clutter. With lossless transmission and low latency, even the most discerning enthusiast will be thrilled with the results.

Sound Structure

The cabinet plays a critical role in the sound quality of a speaker. Dynamo subwoofer cabinets are made of 1” thick MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) with additional reinforcement on the woofer baffle. This solid construction provides a more stable platform for the high performance woofer to play from, resulting in cleaner, more articulate bass.

Robust Connectivity

In addition to the built-in wireless connection option, Dynamo™ 12 offers incredible wired installation flexibility. With both RCA and XLR LFE inputs, Stereo RCA inputs, Speaker Level inputs, and Sub Out connections, Dynamo 12 can be easily integrated into even the most complex systems. Simultaneous connections are also supported.

Reduced Vibration, Enhanced Bass

Solid bass performance is a critical component of any audio system and contributes to the visceral impact of your entertainment. Dynamo 12’s integrated anti-vibration feet improve bass performance while reducing floor and wall vibrations. By dramatically reducing energy transfer between the subwoofer and the floor, unwanted room rattles and buzzes are eliminated, resulting in tighter, cleaner bass and improved system clarity and dynamics. As a less intrusive alternative to acoustic room treatments, Dynamo 12’s integrated anti-vibration feet can also help minimize noise complaints by reducing vibration transfer into adjoining rooms. Out of the box, Dynamo 12’s anti-vibration feet are safe for all flooring types, and optional carpet spikes are included to further improve performance on carpeted floors.
