Estelon AURELLE
Design Philosophy
At Estelon, we design loudspeakers that work with the room, not against it. Every surface and feature in a space influences the listening experience.
The AURELLE’s sealed box design makes it more compact and placement-friendly, providing nimble, accurate bass suited for small and medium-sized rooms.
Cabinet Technology
The AURELLE cabinet is made from thermoformed mineral-filled composite, shaped using advanced vacuum moulding technology.
Its curved, non-parallel surfaces eliminate internal standing waves, resulting in a rigid, non-resonant structure that supports the drivers with total stability.
Internally, chambers are carefully shaped and damped using natural and synthetic materials, ensuring tonal balance and transparency.
Despite its compact 9.5 kg size, the cabinet is dynamically stable, while its geometry supports wide dispersion and eliminates reflections
Driver Configuration and Placement
Each AURELLE speaker features:
- 2 x 132 mm Egyptian Papyrus fibre mid-range drivers (SB Acoustics Satori)
- 25 mm textile dome tweeter (Scan-Speak Illuminator) with elliptical waveguide
The mid-range drivers deliver natural timbre and high resolution, while the tweeter ensures smooth, lifelike highs with wide, controlled dispersion.
All drivers are housed in dedicated, acoustically treated chambers to remove colouration and enhance clarity.
Crossover Design
The AURELLE’s crossover uses second-order slopes at 2.2 kHz.
Premium components include air-core coils, Auricap capacitors, and Mundorf bifilar resistors, all hand-selected and matched.
The crossover is point-to-point wired with short cable runs, using Kubala-Sosna internal cabling, and housed to minimise vibration.
Each speaker undergoes critical listening and measurement testing.
