Hermes Ultima amplifier is an Integrated amplifier with 3 line inputs and a USB DAC input.
It’s design is a double push-pull configuration implementing 4 EL84 power tubes per channel in class AB1 operation self-biasing and dual-mono power supply.
All electronic components are through hole type silver soldered by hand.
Hermes Ultima amplifier utilizes our top of the line 16 layer handmade output transformers with high quality core for superior sound quality.

Hermes Ultima uses the EL84 tube which is widely acknowledged for its full and high quality sound. Arranged in a double push-pull configuration to obtain enough power to drive a wide range of loudspeakers. The self biasing circuit is a nice convenience for the user.

A USB DAC input allows the user to connect Hermes to a Personal Computer.

Gold plated RCA connectors are implemented for the signal inputs/output and WBT-0710 Next Gen binding posts for the loudspeakers.
For the volume control the classic blue Alps is used.
An elegant remote control in aluminum case offers you control over all the functions of Hermes Ultima integrated amplifier. Volume control, input selection and mute.

Carefully selected values and types of the electronic components contribute to the reliable circuits operation and the high sound quality of the amplifier. Mundorf Evo silver gold oil signal capacitors and premium quality tubes are used in Hermes Ultima to achive a high-end sound quality. The meticulous PCB design ensures excellent behavior in SNR, distortion and channel separation.
Inner signal wiring with high quality shielded signal cable. Power wiring uses high quality copper cables of more-than-needed AWG gauge, to achieve low impedance power transfer. All power cables are twisted in pairs to minimize the electromagnetic interference.

The handmade 16 layer output transformers with high quality copper wire and core material enable the amplifier to reveal an excellent sound stage and the slightest music details through the entire audio spectrum.

The same applies to the power transformer. The positioning of the transformers is such that minimizes the magnetic coupling between power and output transformers.
