3.5mm outputs are extremely popular with the huge increase of ‘dual purpose’ portable audio players and DACs. These devices are frequently used in sophisticated home audio systems, but until recently, there have been few high-quality low-noise interconnects with 3.5mm connectors.

The Equator Metik features multi-core conductors comprising two identical pairs of OCC wires within a dual-layer OFC (Oxygen Free Copper) woven shield.

Featuring precision copper alloy contacts, our cold-weld Metik plugs provide a precision termination for connecting mobile devices where sound quality is paramount.
