StereoNET found the B100 accurate, pristine and free from obvious tonal coloration, delivering music faithfully without artificial sweetening. Tharbamar likewise heard a neutral, transparent and engaging presentation, while Audiophile Heaven described a smooth, relaxed and listenable balance at low gain.

StereoNET reported abundant depth and detail, very strong instrumental separation and newly audible space between layers of a recording. Tharbamar praised its micro-detail, separation and reproduction of small nuances, and Audiophile Heaven found it detailed and capable when run at high gain.

The B100 is a power amplifier and has no digital conversion stage to assess. Reviewers do note exceptionally low quoted distortion and inaudible background noise, but these observations concern analogue amplification rather than DAC performance.

StereoNET calls construction excellent, highlighting the solid aluminium chassis and robust terminals that accept banana plugs, spades and bare wire. Audiophile Heaven also found the compact unit very well made, with no flex or handling noise, although Tharbamar considered it a step below the B200's more exceptional construction.

This is an analogue monoblock amplifier rather than a DAC, so it provides no digital inputs, format support or digital filter options. Its practical amplifier facilities include switchable balanced XLR and single-ended RCA inputs, three gain settings, firmware-update USB-C and a protection circuit.

At roughly $299 per monoblock, or about $600 for a stereo pair, reviewers regard the B100 as unusually compelling. StereoNET calls it remarkable for the money and says it punches well beyond its price point, while Tharbamar describes a B100-based system as a killer combination.
