AC Power Conditioner

The sound characteristics of a great sounding audio system starts at the power delivery from AC power supplies- the origin of power for an audio system. The core purpose of a filter unit or power conditioner is to cleanstabilize, or regulate the incoming AC power before it reaches your audio components. The SW1X MFU (Mains Filter Unit) is the result of the ground-up development of a complete SW1X Audio Design system- along with all our in house designed cabling- it makes the whole system complete. In order to provide a foundation for a dynamically unrestricted, darker background and more analogue character with more holographic soundstage, there is no way around our SW1X MFU AC Power Conditioner.

The MFU Power Conditioner design is based on the notion that everything including AC devices influence the sound. The goal is to improve sound quality, protect equipment, and reduce noise that may come through the power line. The design is a purely functional one based on elegant simplicity principle, which means that the music actually becomes more dynamic, convincing and beautiful! All this is only possible if the design employs the specially selected passive materials and components that were harmonically matched to provide the best possible sonic result. The wiring inside employs the same signal conductors we use inside all our cables and our assembled products.

Universally Compatible

The SW1X MFU employs combination power sockets, which combine European Schuko, British UK and USA plugs. The input is a 3 pin IEC socket, which enables to use any of the normal cable with a country specific plug.
