The source is the first power cable in the Yeti line-up where a different material is used. Instead of stranded tinned copper, stranded silver-plated copper is used, and you can clearly hear that.

In the corridors, we sometimes jokingly call this cable the 'Mini-Reference' since the Reference uses the same material but, of course, in a different composition and quantity.

Compared to the affordable tinned copper cables, The Source takes a big step further in spaciousness and detail while maintaining the neutral and musical character of the aforementioned cables.

The price per extra half meter is 250 Euro.

– 3 x 2.5 mm2 stranded high-quality silver-plated copper

– Twisted construction with a single woven non-ferrous shield.

– The cable is supplied as standard in Black and optionally in Orange, Blue, Red, Green or Grey,

– C15 and Schuko plugs, both made of plastic with pure copper conductors with Yeti branding

– The cable is supplied in a black plastic case
