LPU V is our top of the line 45 Directly Heated Triode power output tube based Phono Pre-Amplifier. LPU V offers the most alive, holographic and transparent presentation of music. It is part of our Performance Level 5 line up that represents a no-compromise & no-expense-spared design philosophy.

The input stage of the LPU V uses the EF37A, an octal variant of the renowned EF86. Both of these tubes were used in RTR tape recorders during the early 1960s and played a key role in producing some of the finest analogue recordings ever made. The interstage/driver is based on the musical and well known 6SN7 double triode. The output stage is now based on the 45 DHT power valves. LPU V is at the penultimate level of any phono stage, making it the most natural and organic sounding pre-amp for any turntable.

Seperate Power Supply Unit

LPU V Phono Pre-Amplifier is a unique 2-Chassis Design where the 2nd chassis is separate power supply, designed to eliminate EMI (electro-magnetic interference). The two Chassis are connected via premium quality SW1X Magnum & Twin Opus Cables
