TDA1541 DAC with 6N6P Valve Output Stage & USB Input
The SW1X DAC III USB version is essentially a DAC III (Single Ended) with an integrated USB interface in full size chassis like the Balanced version just without signal OPTs, larger power supplies & power tube output stage.
Based on the legendary Philips TDA1541 DAC, the SW1X DAC III offers a harmonically rich and lush sound with improved dymanics over the predecessors. For maximum synergy, musical & analogue character, all Single-Ended & Balanced versions were designed to be paired with our VDT Digital Source products. However the DAC III USB offers a compact solution for those looking to have an integrated USB interface.
