The T50’s bass is repeatedly described as taut, well blended, and adequate, but not especially deep or weighty. One review calls the lower mid-bass and bass the weakness, and another says listeners who want the bottom octave will likely want a subwoofer.

Voices and midrange instruments come through clearly and with good presence. Reviewers mention fine vocal reproduction, a clear midrange that keeps instrumentation compelling, and a pleasing sense of presence on acoustic material, though one review suggests a small peak around 1 kHz that benefits from EQ.

The top end is generally described as clear, crisp, and smooth, with good hand-clap and piano shimmer. Another review says it delivers remarkable sound for minimal money, especially if the listener is willing to live without the deepest bass or use EQ or a subwoofer.
