The AP05mk2 is a 5W+5W personal amplifier that can easily play D.I.Y. speakers. Further improvements have been made to the popular previous model to achieve a clearer and more balanced sound. A large, easy-to-adjust volume knob is positioned in the center, and combined with the compact, card-sized steel housing, the new design is easy to use.

Eco-friendly design. Equipped with an auto-standby function that automatically reduces power consumption.

The device is equipped with an auto-standby function that conforms to the ErP Directive for Design for Environment Deployment in Europe. When the input to the unit remains at no signal or near signal level, it automatically switches to standby mode and reduces power consumption to 0.5W or less. This function can be turned ON/OFF and the time until the standby mode is activated can be set to either 1 minute or 12 minutes with the dipswitch on the bottom of the unit, depending on the operating environment and application.
