This acoustic system is equipped with an AMT (Air Motion Transformer) tweeter for high frequencies and two 20 cm ALNICO midwoofer drivers in a bass-reflex configuration, connected through a 6 dB/octave crossover.
The AMT tweeter is based on an innovative concept invented by physicist Dr. Oskar Heil in the 1970s. This technology uses a folded diaphragm to compress air laterally, enabling a more efficient, smooth, and dynamic sound reproduction compared to traditional dome tweeters.
The 20 cm ALNICO woofers feature NEXTEL-treated paper cones and ALNICO motors, delivering constant magnetic flux and a warm, natural sound with smooth mids and detailed highs. Their lightness, rigidity, and magnetic stability ensure a precise and dynamic response.
The 6 dB/octave crossover ensures smooth transitions between drivers, improved sonic coherence, and reduced distortion. Combined with the bass-reflex design, it allows for optimal bass extension while minimizing distortion.
