Atonemo, the Stockholm-based audio technology company, is thrilled to have been chosen to bring iconic Dieter Rams hi-fi designs back to life as part of a major retrospective in Berlin.

The Lüders Collection, which organised the retrospective in collaboration with the Deutsches Design Museum, selected the Atonemo Streamplayer to use across the Braun hi-fi equipment on display, synchronising audio throughout the museum and allowing the objects to be experienced as modern music players.

Dieter Rams, widely regarded as the father of modern industrial design, produced some of the most revered consumer audio products ever made during his tenure at Braun. The equipment, including turntables, amplifiers, and speakers,  was built to a standard of craft and longevity that defined an era — and influenced countless modern designers, including Jonathan Ive in his Apple era.

The Streamplayer is a compact, £99/$99 device that connects to any existing hi-fi amplifier or speaker system, adding full streaming capability without replacing or modifying the original hardware. It is designed to bridge the gap between classic audio equipment and modern music platforms, making a world of music instantly accessible through speakers and amplifiers built to last a lifetime.
