SVS Prime Wireless Pro Powered Speaker Pair
Rich, balanced and impressively expansive, the Prime Wireless Pro turns a compact pair into a high-resolution stereo system with punchy bass, crisp detail and room-filling dynamics. Home Theater Review applauded its warm, refined musicality and TV-ready versatility, while HomeTheaterHifi found it especially compelling in smaller rooms. HDMI eARC, broad streaming and subwoofer expansion make this an unusually complete all-in-one solution.

Pros
Balanced, detailed sound with a warm midrange, airy treble and convincing stereo imaging.
Strong dynamics and clean high-volume playback from the compact, bi-amplified design.
Exceptionally flexible system integration, with HDMI ARC/eARC, extensive streaming options, analogue and optical inputs, plus a subwoofer output.
Excellent value as a complete powered, DAC-equipped and streaming-ready stereo system.
Cons
DTS Play-Fi is frequently criticized as cumbersome and less intuitive than native streaming apps.
Deep-bass authority is limited in larger rooms; a subwoofer is advisable for the lowest octaves and movie impact.
Treble can sound slightly less smooth on strings than some rivals.

What Reviewers Are Saying
SOUND QUALITY PERFORMANCE 90/100
Reviews consistently describe a balanced, detailed and slightly warm presentation that remains easy to enjoy across music, television and movies. Its compact cabinets deliver unusually substantial bass and loud, clean playback, while the main reservations concern ultimate sub-bass reach, some treble grain with strings, and imaging that is stronger at normal listening distances than close up.
Bass
89/100
For a rear-ported 5.25-inch standmount, reviewers found the bass weighty, defined and punchy, with useful output into the 40Hz region. It is especially convincing in small rooms, though several reviewers note that it does not deliver true sub-bass and benefits from a subwoofer in larger spaces or for the lowest octaves.
Mid
91/100
The midrange is repeatedly described as smooth, warm, clear and well controlled. Vocals, dialogue and instrumental textures come through naturally, and reviewers specifically praise the way the bass avoids muddying the lower midrange.
Treble
88/100
There is strong praise for the top end's clarity, air, detail and extension, with brass, woodwinds and percussion given particular presence. However, some listeners found it a little bright or less silky than competing designs, and one review heard grain on violin recordings.
Soundstage Imaging
90/100
Reviewers hear a broad, spacious and layered stereo image with convincing instrument placement, strong centre focus and generous room-filling dispersion. One reviewer found image specificity less exact in nearfield use than with a rival, although the presentation becomes especially effective at greater listening distances and remains forgiving of placement.
Dynamics
92/100
The speakers are widely praised for fast transients, punch and the ability to play very loudly without audible strain or distortion. Reviewers found the compact system capable of both subtle shifts and forceful peaks, with notably strong headroom for its size.
Assessments of Build Quality, Usability, and Overall Propositions.
Build Quality
91/100
The gloss-finished cabinets are consistently described as premium-looking, rock-solid and well executed, with reviewers noting the substantial enclosure construction and attractive fit and finish. The polished black or white surfaces can show fingerprints easily, but no reviewer identifies a meaningful construction weakness.
Value for Money
95/100
At approximately $899, reviewers repeatedly call this a bargain or exceptional value because it combines amplification, DAC, streaming, HDMI ARC/eARC and a broad set of inputs in one system. Comparisons with pricier KEF and other wireless alternatives reinforce the view that it offers unusually complete performance and functionality for the asking price.
