Nagaoka Spare parts: Ear tips and charging cables for earphones

We sell accessories for NAGAOKA, movio and LUSVY earphones.
Please see the purchase method listed below and purchase.

【How to purchase】

(1) Select the type of parts to be purchased from the following.

(2) Please select the product name and color of your product from the pull-down of the model number under the number of purchases input field.

The product name (model number) is a string such as "P908SG", "BT826BK", "M203TWSBK", "L101TWSPKBL" etc. described in the column of "Product name" on the warranty card or at the top of the barcode (model number) of the product package.

BT 826 BK

A. First English 1-2 characters
= Represents the genre of the product.
NAGAOKA Wired Earphone =P
NAGAOKA Wireless Earphone =BT
movio Wireless Earphones=M
LUSVY Wireless Earphones =L

B. 3 intermediate numbers (+ some products are English strings)
= It has become a model number in each brand.
※ There is a case that the model number enters in English such as "TWS" after the number.

C. Last English 2-4 characters
= Represents the product color.
BK=Black, WH=White, PK=Pink
SBK = Stone Black, PWH = Pearl White
BLYE = blue yellow, PKBL = pink blue, etc.

※ Please note that there are products who have different colors of accessories depending on the color.

(3)-1.In the case of ear tips, please select the desired size.

※1.The earpiece attached to the main body from the beginning will be M size.
※2. The contents of one set of ear tips are two (one-to-one) of one selected size of S, M, and L, one left and one.

(3)-2.In the case of charging cable, please select the desired color.

※1. There are products with different charging cable colors depending on the color (white or black), so please select the color of your cable.
※2. Please note that if the selected color cable does not exist in the product, we will ship the cable of the basic color of the product.

・ Returns and replacements of earphone accessories are not possible for consumables or from a hygienic point of view. If there is an initial defect such as a cable break or a bad shape of the ear tip, please contact us as soon as possible within one week after arrival.
・ Please confirm that there is no mistake in the type and model number of the parts to be ordered. Even if you make a mistake, we cannot return or exchange it.
・ It cannot be used outside the specified model number or in other companies' products. We are not responsible for any problems such as use other than the specified model number, damage when used with other companies' products, or damage to the earphones. In addition, we cannot accept returns when it cannot be used outside the specified model number.
・ Parts may not be available to confirm the warehouse after the order is confirmed. Therefore, if parts cannot be prepared, we will send a guide to the email address entered at the time of order, and in the case of payment by credit card, Amazon pay, etc., we will inform you by canceling the debit.
