Focal Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 2.0
3-way satellite speaker
Sib Evo Dolby Atmos® 2.0 loudspeakers are designed for Home Cinema use. An evolved version of Sib Evo, they take up all the design codes of the range, revealing a futuristic yet timeless style. Thanks to its acoustic design and Dolby Atmos® technology, your films will take on a strikingly realistic 3D dimension.
DOLBY ATMOS®
Thanks to Dolby Atmos® technology, these loudspeakers develop horizontal sound diffusion and vertical projection for an immersive experience. The major innovation is the reflection of sound towards the listener from the ceiling, using an additional loudspeaker on top. Each sound is isolated as an independent audio object, for a spatialized three-dimensional rendering as if you were at the heart of the action.
MODULAR AND COMPLEMENTARY
Made up of two loudspeakers, this pack perfectly completes a 5.1 installation to form a 5.1.2 system. This possibility of upgrading your Home Cinema system without changing loudspeakers is 100% practical and comfortable. And for even greater modularity, two wall hooks are supplied with all 2.0, 5.1 and 5.1.2 packs.

Focal Sib Evo Dolby Atmos 2.0 delivers a compact yet surprisingly authoritative sound, with tight bass, detailed midrange and a smooth treble that favors refinement over glare. The ported 5" woofer and 19mm soft-dome tweeter provide precise imaging and dynamic headroom ideal for nearfield or small-room setups, making these Atmos-capable bookshelves feel genuinely engineered.
Pros
- Controlled, relatively deep low end from the ported 5" PolyFlex woofer (≈60 Hz -6 dB) gives these speakers bass that outperforms many sealed 5" designs.
- Clear, well-weighted midrange and strong vocal presence thanks to Focal's PolyFlex driver tuning and 5" mid/woofer configuration.
- Refined, low-sibilance treble from the 19mm soft-dome tweeter with extension to ~25 kHz, delivering detail without harshness.

Cons
- Premium positioning reduces value-for-money appeal versus strong competitors in the same bracket.
- Passive, single-terminal design lacks onboard DSP, streaming or advanced connectivity that some buyers expect from Atmos-capable modules.
Sound Quality

Bass
87/100
Ported 5" (13 cm) Polyflex woofer with a -6 dB point around 60 Hz and quoted +/-3 dB from 65 Hz suggests strong low-frequency extension for a 5" bookshelf. Given the bass-reflex design and the woofer size, expect controlled, relatively deep bass for its class that will outperform many sealed 5" designs.
Mid
88/100
PolyFlex woofer material plus Focal's typical tuning implies clear, well-weighted midrange with good vocal presence. The combination of a 5" mid/woofer and a 19 mm soft dome tweeter supports detailed and natural mids without excessive coloration.
Treble
87/100
3/4" (19 mm) soft dome tweeter and a 25 kHz upper response point point to a smooth, refined treble with decent extension and low risk of sibilance. Expect a detailed top end that favors refinement over aggressive brightness.
Soundstage Imaging
86/100
Compact two-way ported design and Focal’s driver integration imply good image focus and a convincing soundstage for nearfield/listening-room placements. Imaging should be stable with reasonable width and depth for a bookshelf speaker.
Dynamics
85/100
90 dB sensitivity and a broad recommended amplifier power (25–200 W) indicate capable dynamic range for the form factor, with ability to deliver punch given sufficient amplification. Expect solid micro- and macro-dynamics for most listening levels; very large-room headroom depends on amp choice.

Build Quality
88/100
Focal's Sib Evo series uses Polyflex drivers and conventional bass-reflex enclosures; the listed dimensions and weight (3.25 kg) match a well-engineered compact cabinet. Anticipate good fit-and-finish and competent cabinet construction typical of Focal’s product line.
Features Connectivity
80/100
Passive baseline applied. Single-post passive bookshelf speaker with no listed bi-wiring or special terminal features; no penalty for lacking DSP/streaming on a passive model.
Value for Money
70/100
At a street price around 1,699 (pair assumed), these sit in a premium bookshelf bracket. The speakers offer strong engineering and sound for the segment, but the price places them against many highly competitive models; value is solid but not an obvious bargain without reviewer acclaim.
