Big, musical floorstander with thunderous, tuneful bass
The Elipson Prestige Facet II 34F is a three-way, five-driver floorstander built to deliver sheer low-end authority and room-filling dynamics while retaining musical refinement. Reviewers at Hi‑Fi Choice single out its ability to pair chest‑impacting bass with controlled, tuneful presentation.
Sonically the speaker combines a deep, authoritative low end (dual 250mm woofers, 26Hz tuning) with a detailed midband that gives vocals and piano convincing weight and immediacy. Treble is described as sweet and insightful, adding clarity without brightness. The Facet II 34F creates a large, well-defined soundstage with precise instrument placement, and its high sensitivity (94dB) and dynamic headroom make it effortless with modest amplification.
Build quality is robust: multi-thickness baffles, internal damping, stiffening braces and quality crossover components underpin the sound. The speaker suits large rooms and listeners who want visceral impact — from electronic and reggae to live‑style recordings — while remaining musical for voice and acoustic material. For buyers seeking a dramatic, entertaining floorstander, the Facet II 34F is a compelling, high‑performance choice.

Dual 250 mm woofers and 26 Hz tuning deliver very deep, authoritative low end. Reviewers repeatedly describe 'loads of it', chest-impacting kick drums and room-rattling authority; placement sensitivity and risk of mid-low boom were noted, so top-tier ceiling was avoided.
