Wireless Connection
The S3000Pro features true wireless innovations thanks to KLEERNET technology, which supports professional-grade wireless transmission that frees users from the shackles of wires so that the speakers can be freely placed anywhere while still maintaining its high-fidelity wireless sound quality.
Shocking Experience
As Edifier’s newest flagship product, the S3000Pro has upgraded its driver unit and passed the HiRes standard in order to offer an extremely immersive sound experience for its users.
All Digital Audio Processing
In the digital HD generation, high-fidelity all-digital audio processing tech has become the mainstream audio solution. The digital interface has a high bit stream processing capability of up to 24Bit/192kHz, which supports the transmission of PCM and SPDIF lossless formatted music files.
XMOS Professional Audio Processing
For audiophiles, XMOS’ xCore multicore processor has always been regarded as a leading solution for high-end, high-fidelity audio. The S3000Pro’s built-in 16-core chipset, u216, has powerful computing capabilities of up to 2000 MIPS and unique internal architecture of parallel signal processing, which makes it naturally suitable for processing a playback of time-sensitive signals such as audio.
DSP Processor
Both speakers on the S3000Pro are equipped with a TI professional audio processing chip, TLV320A-IC3268, for independent electronic frequency division and management of the treble, mid and bass tones, and can control frequency allocation.
Bluetooth 5.0 Module
The S3000Pro is complete with the Qualcomm CSR8675 Bluetooth 5.0 chipset, with a built-in AptX DH decoder, which supports the 24bit/48KHz transmission to provide lossless music.

Engineered for clarity and power, the S3000 Pro delivers extended, airy highs and surprisingly tight, well-controlled bass, thanks to heavy mid/bass amplification and DSP tuning. Audioholics highlights its agile imaging and strong headroom, while broad I/O (balanced XLR, USB, optical, Bluetooth) suits desktop or living-room setups.
Pros
- Extended, detailed high-frequency clarity and air driven by a dedicated treble stage and DSP tuning.
- Surprisingly deep, tight bass with substantial mid/bass amplification, providing punch and headroom without obvious distortion.
- Very versatile connectivity (balanced XLR, Line, USB, optical, coaxial and Bluetooth) for use with computers, AV sources and streaming devices.
&
Cons
- Tonality can sound a bit forward/bright and the soundstage may not plunge as deeply as some reference speakers.
- No dedicated subwoofer output reported, limiting seamless bass extension for listeners who want a sub.
- Ergonomics: oversized remote, excessively long inter-speaker cable and a non-detachable power cord can be inconvenient in some setups.
Sound Quality
89/100
Bass
90/100
38Hz claimed low-end and 120W-per-channel mid/bass amplification indicate substantial extension and control. For its size the spec sheet implies deep, well-driven bass that should be tighter than typical small bookshelves; heavy 21.1kg cabinets support good resonance control.
Mid
90/100
Dedicated mid/bass amplification and balanced XLR input point to clear, well-textured midrange with strong vocal presence. DSP-based tuning (implied by active I/O set) should help deliver natural timbre and body.
Treble
89/100
40kHz frequency response and separate treble amplification suggest extended, detailed highs with good air. With proper tuning the treble should be refined and non‑fatiguing; absence of reported sibilance in supplied data supports a high but cautious score.
Soundstage Imaging
88/100
Balanced inputs, USB/optical/coax and likely DSP correction favor precise imaging and a spacious presentation. Heavier, well-braced cabinets help stable imaging and stage depth for nearfield and small-room listening.
Dynamics
89/100
High RMS power figures (substantial wattage for mid/bass) and a broad frequency range support strong macro- and micro-dynamic capability for the form factor. Expect good punch and headroom with typical desktop/home amplification needs met by the onboard electronics.

Build Quality
91/100
Net weight of 21.1kg and discrete amplification modules imply robust cabinets and internal bracing. The specification suggests premium component selection and solid mechanical design consistent with high build scores.
Features Connectivity
93/100
Extensive I/O: Balanced XLR, Line In, USB, optical, coaxial and Bluetooth—plus dedicated amp channels—makes this very flexible for desktop, two-channel and nearfield use. (Note: product is active; passive-baseline rules do not apply.)
Value for Money
82/100
Price not provided (N/A). Given the heavy build, high power, balanced I/O and 38Hz–40kHz response, the S3000 Pro is likely good value compared with similarly equipped active speakers, but absent price/peer data the score is conservatively positive.
