    British innovator, Leep has introduced Leep Ring 1 – a smart ring that helps you sleep better without data stress or costly subscriptions. Slim, affordable and easy to use, the Leep Ring 1 is set to make high-quality smart ring technology accessible to all.

    The brand believes existing sleep tech is either overpriced and overcomplicated, or cheap and useless. Worse still, users are developing anxiety about ‘sleep scores’ instead of actually sleeping better. Leep Ring 1 aims to end all that.

    Launching at £169/€199/$199, Leep Ring 1 is less than half the price of big-brand smart rings, which typically also charge a monthly subscription fee to ‘unlock’ certain features. The subscription-free Leep Ring 1 tracks your unique rhythms  - from daily activity to nightly sleep patterns - and delivers personalised sleep guidance via the Leep App, suggesting the best sleep and wake windows to match how you really live, not some idealised fiction or average template.

    British designed for life

    Leep Ring 1 is forged from aerospace-grade titanium, with a 2.6mm profile making it noticeably slimmer than many rival smart rings. It comes in Moonlight Gold, Starlight Silver or Midnight Blue finishes, with nine sizes to choose from: find your ideal fit using the Leep Ring-Sizing Kit.

    Leep Ring 1 is designed to be worn anywhere. It is water resistant up to 50m and comes supplied with silicone protectors you can pop over the ring before you tackle a rock climb or other gnarly activities.

    You won’t need to worry about battery life, either – Leep Ring 1 lasts 8 days between charges, and its supplied charging case is good for another 60+ days before it needs to go near a mains socket.

    Stress-free App insights

    The Leep App is built to support, not scare. Unlike some rivals, you won’t find red warning scores, confusing charts, or algorithmic shame here. Instead, the Leep app shows your trends in simple terms - what’s working, what’s changing, and where to gently improve. Everything is designed to help you sleep better, not stress more.

    At launch, the Leep App will be available for Apple iOS devices; an Android version will follow soon afterwards.
