YBA SIGNATURE PRE-Amplifier MKII
Released Spring 2022
Our best preamplifier, delivering the ultimate performance of the Signature line. With each unit personally tested and approved by Yves-Bernard André himself. And now available as Mark II version, offering upgraded Digital section.
Signature PRE offers a XLR input, an array of 5 RCA inputs and also a dedicated MM Phono input. On the side of outputs, Mark II version implements a pair of XLR outputs and single RCA output. Making it a versatile choice for wide range of Hi-Fi setups, all easily controlled with our classic YBA remote controller.
In the centre of the embossed YBA logo on the front panel is a standby switch, which responds to the touch of a finger. The source selector rotates through 10 different inputs and phase and mute switches are on the right-hand side along with the rotary encoded volume control.
New Mark II version brings quite a few improvements in its digital section, mainly thanks to the Analog Devices AD1955 DAC, with a native support of PCM up to 24 bit / 192 kHz and DSD64. USB input was also significantly upgraded with the XMOS controller, offering the top-quality sound with a direct connection to your computer. Optical and coaxial inputs are still included for use with other digital sources.
For use with a separate DAC or CD player, the whole digital section can be quickly disabled, resulting in an improved performance of its analog circuit.
