Vincent SV-700
The Vincent SV-700 blends tube warmth with crystal-clear separation, controlled bass and finely shaded dynamics. Like Hifi found its Class-A presentation broad, stable and richly involving, while selectable Class A/Class A-B operation lets its muscular hybrid design suit the music and session. A seriously built integrated for listeners who value tonal body without sacrificing detail.

What Reviewers Are Saying
SOUND QUALITY PERFORMANCE 94/100
The SV-700 is described as a musically generous hybrid amplifier, combining tube-derived warmth and body with notably clear instrumental separation. Review listening also highlights controlled bass, finely graded dynamic expression, and a wide, stable stereo image.
Transparency Resolution
93/100
Like Hifi heard a crystal-clear presentation of individual instrument groups, while the xylophone on "Pretend" was reproduced with unusual clarity and lower-midrange body. Even as images broadened, the review found no masking between performers.
Tonal Balance Musicality
94/100
The tube stage brings the warm, smooth character associated with an SRPP circuit, and the reviewer repeatedly praises the amplifier's charm and musicality. Instruments were said to have satisfying weight and fullness without sacrificing intelligibility.
Dynamics
94/100
The review specifically praises controlled low frequencies and exceptionally detailed dynamics. Fine changes in piano level gave the performance liveliness, while the amplifier was also described as powerful and eager to play.
Soundstage Imaging
93/100
Like Hifi found the soundstage impressively wide and stable, with vocal fragments rising convincingly on the vertical plane. Images gain some breadth with the amplifier in the chain, though this slightly reduces the empty space between individual voices.
Assessments of Build Quality, Usability, and Overall Propositions.
Build Quality
93/100
The review calls construction flawless and describes a substantial chassis of nearly 24 kg, large side-mounted cooling fins, and a brushed-aluminum front panel. Its generously specified 500-watt toroidal transformer and Class-A thermal provision reinforce the impression of serious engineering.
Features Connectivity
89/100
Connectivity is strong for a largely analogue-focused integrated: three RCA inputs, balanced XLR, optical and coaxial digital inputs, pre-out and record-out connections, plus two switchable speaker pairs. The ability to choose Class A or Class A/B operation is a genuinely useful distinction, although there is no phono stage or headphone output.
Value for Money
84/100
At €3,499, Like Hifi regards excellent construction and uncompromising sound as reasonable expectations rather than presenting the SV-700 as a bargain. The review offers no direct comparison with similarly priced rivals, but its strongly positive listening impressions support the amplifier as a credible premium option.

Manufacturer's Description — Vincent
We decided on a consistent symmetrical design to minimize crossfeed and achieve a better distortion factor. In the pre-amp, 3 tubes per side work with the Shunt Regulatet Push-Pull concept to process the souond signals. This ensures more precise bass reproduction and a better performance in the mid and high level sound range.
