The Heros Mk2S is many audiophiles dream as it is a high power tube amplifier withou the problems of ot output tube maintenace. At the heart of Heros lies a revolutionary single differential DC-coupled FET/Tube stage, functioning as a single "super tube." This unique design locks the "Super Tube" between input trandsformer and a low-impedance push-pull output transformer. This achieves nearly double the efficiency of traditional Solid State Class A amplifiers. The result? A new class in resolution and harmonic richness with drive and precision usually not available in such combination.
