What Reviewers Are Saying
SOUND QUALITY PERFORMANCE 91/100
Reviewers describe a notably smooth, natural and neutral-leaning presentation with unusually strong midrange performance, controlled bass and restrained treble detail. Its chief strengths are clarity in dense material and exceptionally cohesive integration, while spatial presentation receives little direct discussion.
Bass
93/100
Sub-bass reaches deeply when a track calls for it, without being elevated merely to demand attention. The low end is described as nimble, controlled and able to keep individual low-frequency notes clearly distinct.
Midrange
96/100
The midrange is a standout: the review calls the LTD "midrange masters" and praises its detailed yet understated presentation. Vocals are unforced and full of character, with female voices especially compelling and effortless.
Treble
92/100
High frequencies are deliberately restrained and neutral rather than pushed for instant excitement. There is ample detail available, but its smooth delivery avoids fatigue and supports relaxed long listening sessions.
Resolution Separation
95/100
Fine musical nuances are reported as controlled, clean and clearly defined rather than artificially highlighted. The LTD also handles busy, complex passages deftly, preserving clarity without losing its easygoing character.
Soundstage Imaging
75/100
The review does not directly assess stage width, depth or image placement. Its comments on clean handling of complex arrangements suggest orderly presentation, but they do not establish a specific spatial strength.
Dynamics Coherence
94/100
Driver handoffs are described as exceptionally seamless, yielding a smooth and unified sound despite the complex hybrid arrangement. It favors control and non-fatiguing flow over the more overt punch and sizzle associated with the Monarch.
FIT COMFORT ISOLATION PERFORMANCE 81/100
The large shells prove comfortable for extended listening in the reviewed fit, aided by their anatomical shaping and polished finish. There is no direct reviewer evidence on seal consistency or passive isolation, so prospective owners should still consider their own ear shape and tip choice.
Seal Stability
75/100
The anatomically shaped resin shells appear designed to sit securely, but the review does not specifically discuss insertion consistency or whether the seal remains stable in normal use. No bass-loss or fit-related tonal variability is reported.
Comfort
91/100
Although the nine-driver housings are fairly large, the reviewer found their shape easy to adjust to. They were reportedly comfortable enough to wear for hours without discomfort.
Isolation
75/100
Passive isolation is not directly evaluated in the available review. The comments provide no indication of either unusually strong isolation or a significant isolation shortcoming.

Build Accessories
89/100
The LTD uses medical-grade resin shells with an anatomical form and a reportedly flawless finish. Its practical highlight is the 1.2 m modular cable, which includes interchangeable 2.5 mm, 3.5 mm and 4.4 mm terminations; the review says little about long-term durability or the supplied tip selection.
Value for Money
88/100
At $1,299, this is positioned in a demanding premium segment, but the review considers its performance sufficient to justify its top-tier status. That praise is tied to its refined, cohesive sound rather than a claim that it undercuts similarly priced rivals.

Manufacturer's Description — THIEAUDIO
9 Drivers, 3 Driver Types, 5-Way Crossover
Like the original Prestige, the Prestige LTD features the same extensive and comprehensive engineering strategy. 4 Sonion electrostatic drivers + 2 Knowles mid-treble balanced armatures + 2 Sonion low-mid balanced armatures + 10mm dynamic subwoofer are used per each side of the Prestige LTD. With an over-engineered 5-way crossover tuning strategy, the Prestige provides extreme layering and texture across the whole spectrum.
More Balanced Sound Signature
The Prestige LTD has a slightly modified tonal signature compared to its predecessor. With modifications to the 10mm Dynamic Driver, the bass shelf has been tightened to 200Hz. With a better controlled and tighter bass, the sub-bass impact is more focused and faster, helping create a cleaner overall sound signature. THIEAUDIO’s classic flat mids are retained in the Prestige LTD to achieve a professional studio-monitor accurate sound. Besides the smoothing of the ultra-treble, the upper mids and trebles have also been cleaned up to provide a more natural treble curvature. In sum, the Prestige LTD provides a more listener-friendly sound signature that is easier to enjoy, while staying true to its professional technical capacities.

Medical Grade Resin Housing
Each Prestige unit is individually handmade by our dedicated engineers. The housing is constructed from 3D-printed medical-grade resin, which is safe on the skin and durable. The shell structure has been based off of the V16 Divinity, which was popular for its ergonomic fit and comfort during long listening sessions. Additionally, each faceplate of the Prestige is individually decorated and coated, presenting a truly bespoke experience.
Premium Cable
The Prestige LTD stock cable maintains the ultra-pure 6N OCC silver-plated and graphene silver-plated cable in Litz structure, but the additional strand incorporation gives it a slightly meatier feel and a richer sound. Most significantly, this new stock cable features the proprietary "Smart Switch", a new modular plug design, allowing you to choose between 4.4mm balanced, 2.5mm balanced and 3.5mm unbalanced terminations, simply by swapping out the plug ends. This reduces the need for bulky adaptors, giving your setup a more complete look and feel. The 2-pin connectors on the stock cable are also updated to provide a more secure fit with your IEMs.
