Scansonic MB10
Scansonic MB10 delivers articulate, controlled bass with the satisfying weight that compact speakers often miss. Its low-mass 10-inch driver and Class AB amplification bring texture, presence and confident high-level composure, while flexible inputs simplify system matching. AudioKey Reviews found it an exceptionally convincing value for adding substantial, musical low-end authority.

What Reviewers Are Saying
Assessments of Build Quality, Usability, and Overall Propositions.
Bass
92/100
The MB10 is praised for adding a satisfying layer of weight and substance to the partnering standmounts. The reviewer specifically calls its bass articulate and controlled, with satisfying presence rather than loose or overblown low end.
Integration
50/100
The review confirms that the MB10 added useful bass weight to the system, but does not describe how seamlessly it blended with the main speakers or whether it disappeared as a distinct source. Features ≠ Integration; add outcome evidence or lower Integration.
Dynamics
88/100
In the reviewer's smaller listening room, the MB10 showed no strain at higher volume levels. That suggests capable headroom for its intended use, although the review does not test its limits in a larger space or at extreme output.
Build Quality
91/100
The reviewer describes the workmanship of both the MB10 and its partnering products as top tier. Construction was considered especially impressive given the substantial gap to the related Raidho range.
Features Usability
78/100
The MB10 provides several connection options, including line-level and low-impedance inputs, and the reviewer successfully used its RCA connection from a Parasound amplifier. Its conventional controls and connectivity appear practical, though the review offers little detail on setup ergonomics or adjustment precision.
Value for Money
93/100
At an asking price around $1,249-$1,490, the reviewer calls the MB10 a superb value. That praise is tied directly to its articulate, controlled bass and satisfying weight, which were seen as compelling qualities at its price.

Manufacturer's Description — Scansonic
The MB10 Subwoofer is not only great in a home cinema setup, it also blends seamless into a good stereo system. Using our knowledge and expertise in designing high-end loudspeakers, we focused on making the MB10 reproduce bass in a more natural and “honest” way, than normally seen in subwoofers. Using a class A/B amplifier instead of the commonly used Class D, plays a key role in the MB10’s natural and dynamic performance. This combined with a low mass 10” woofer, and an enclosure tuned to match the woofer, means we don’t use any frequency equalization circuits. The result is a subwoofer which sounds articulate and refined without any booming – blending e.ortlessly in to any high quality music system. While at the same time having the ability to rattlethe room when watching a movie.
