AFM25 AFM25 Dark Titanium AFM25 Dark Titanium AFM25 Dark Titanium Power Monophonic Amplifier, Class A The AFM25 monophonic amplifier is a Class A hybrid monophonic power amplifier that incorporates all the core principles of Riviera amplifiers: Zero Overall Feedback, a Hybrid design (valves for voltage amplification, solid-state devices for power), and Pure Class A operation. The AFM25 delivers 25W into 8 ohms in Class A (50W into 4 ohms) and is capable of driving loudspeakers with exceptional naturalness. Voltage amplification is provided by a pure triode operating in Class A. The power section employs four devices, each capable of dissipating 150W continuously. The power section’s power supply, which uses an oversized transformer, employs a refined pigreco filter and distributed capacitance; the total capacity amounts to over 65,000uF. The amplifier is deliberately designed without current-limiting systems, making it suitable for the most complex loads. The AFM25’s refinement and driving capabilities allow it to be used in both single-amplification and multi-amplification systems.
