Product Outline and Concept

• Generally, a preamplifier performs best when its volume level is set closer to maximum. However, in a home environment, the volume often has to remain near the lowest setting, as even a slight increase can result in excessively high sound levels.
• When a user wishes to connect a source device to an amplifier, it is often not possible to link a device equipped only with XLR terminals to one equipped only with RCA pin terminals.
• While satisfied with the wide frequency range, users have expressed concern about noise at the lowest and highest frequency.

Main feature

• Balanced and unbalanced input/output supported

  
  Each input and output is equipped with both a balanced (XLR) and an unbalanced (RCA pin) terminal. The XLR connectors are manufactured by Neutrik, while the RCA pin terminals feature gold plating to ensure superior sound quality.

• A highly visible gain selector switch with precise settings (+6, 0, -6, -12 dB, ∞)

  
  The gain switch offers five selectable positions (+6, 0, -6, -12 dB, ∞), enabling listeners to choose the most comfortable level. A convenient mute mode is also provided for moments such as phone calls or visitors. The specially designed knob shape ensures both effortless operation and clear visual confirmation of the selected position.

• Transformer engineered with a focus on superior sound quality.

  
  At the heart of the LT-1000 lies its transformer, featuring a custom-made 0.1 mm Super Malloy core and PC-TripleC wiring—specially developed for transformer windings and widely recognized today as one of the finest conductor materials available.

• Housing structure that suppresses flux leakage and vibration for transmission of pure music signals

  
  Compact chassis not only houses the transformer, but also incorporates a shield cover to suppress magnetic flux leakage and a floating structure with damping rubber to effectively minimize unwanted vibrations.

• Circuit layout designed for high channel separation.

  
  The transformers are arranged in an almost mono configuration, achieving a high separation of 100 dB. This contributes to the clear and precise reproduction of the soundstage.

• Gold-plated connectors and contact switches for crisp reproduction

  
  The circuit length is designed to be as short as possible, while gold-plated components are used in the rotary switch for gain selection and in the connectors, delivering a fresh and vibrant sound.
