The Monitor S80 ATM combines the powerful performance of a floorstanding speaker with integrated, upward-firing height channels for authentic Dolby Atmos® surround sound. Perfectly matched to the Monitor S series, the S80 ATM delivers deep bass, clear mids and precise highs, creating a dynamic, room-filling listening experience that elevates your home cinema to a new level.
The Monitor S80 ATM is a powerful 2.5-way floorstanding speaker system with two 6.5″/17 cm woofers, a high-quality 1.1″/28 mm tweeter and a specially developed coaxial Atmos driver, which ensures deep bass, finely resolved mids and impressive precision in high-frequency reproduction.
For powerful low frequencies, the two woofers are equipped with coated paper cones, sturdy metal baskets and optimized magnet systems.
In the upper part of the speaker, the Dolby Atmos module uses a 0.75″/20 mm dome driven by a neodymium magnet in combination with a light, coated membrane, which ensures precise vertical sound radiation.
Made of low-resonance E1 MDF and equipped with a rounded Airflex bass reflex port for low-flow, clean bass. Available in classic black or elegant walnut finish. Rubber-damped feet and removable, acoustically transparent fabric covers make the loudspeaker the ideal choice for any living room.

HIGH-PRECISION HIGHS THANKS TO RING RADIATOR TWEETER
The 28 mm (1.1″) ring radiator tweeter dome of the Magnat Monitor S Series was developed for outstanding high-frequency performance. Thanks to its larger effective cone area compared to conventional designs, it generates higher sound energy – especially in the crucial crossover area between mid and high frequencies. This ensures smoother transitions, increased clarity and a more open, dynamic soundstage. Whether it's the fine shimmer of cymbals or the subtle nuances of voices – the tweeter delivers precise, extended highs and enriches every listening experience.
FE DRIVERS FOR DYNAMIC SOUND AND LOW DISTORTION
FE-Dynamics is Magnat's proprietary driver technology that combines an optimized ferrite magnet system with non-magnetic, well-ventilated baskets and a cooled voice coil. This design minimizes electrical and mechanical losses, improves thermal stability, and ensures efficient energy transfer. The result is precise, dynamic sound reproduction with low distortion, excellent control, and high power handling – ideal for clean, detailed sound even at high volumes.
POINTED CONE ON THE WOOFER FOR EVEN DEEPER BASS
The specially developed pointed cone in the center of the woofer plays a decisive role in the sound optimization of the Magnat Monitor S Series. By increasing the mechanical stability of the entire cone construction, this precision-manufactured element reduces distortion and unwanted vibrations – especially in the low-frequency range – thus ensuring tighter, cleaner and more precise bass.
At the same time, it improves the response in the mid-range and ensures more clarity and detail where voices and instruments come alive. The result is a balanced, immersive listening experience that far exceeds the expectations of its entry-level class.
