OUR TECHNOLOGIES
HIGH-PRECISION TREBLE THANKS TO RING RADIATOR TWEETER
The 28 mm ring radiator tweeter dome of the Magnat Monitor S Series was developed for outstanding treble performance. Due to its larger effective membrane area compared to conventional designs, it generates higher sound energy – especially in the critical transition range between midrange and treble. This ensures smoother transitions, increased clarity and a more open, dynamic soundstage. Whether it's the fine shimmer of cymbals or the subtle nuances of voices – the tweeter delivers precise, extended highs and enriches every listening experience.
FE DRIVERS WITH POINTED CONE FOR DYNAMIC SOUND AND LOW DISTORTION
FE-Dynamics is Magnat's proprietary driver technology that combines an optimized ferrite magnet system with ventilated baskets and a cooled voice coil. This minimizes losses, increases stability, and ensures efficient energy transfer – for dynamic, low-distortion sound with excellent control, even at high volumes.
The pointed cone in the center of the woofer increases membrane stability and reduces vibrations and distortions, especially in the bass range. At the same time, it improves clarity in the midrange, making voices and instruments more detailed. The result is tight bass, clean mids, and a balanced, immersive sound that exceeds expectations in this class.
HIGH-QUALITY CONNECTIONS FOR LONG-LASTING PERFORMANCE
The Monitor S Series is equipped with high-quality, gold-plated and encapsulated screw terminals that ensure maximum conductivity and long-term signal stability. These robust connections provide secure hold for bare cables as well as for banana plugs and guarantee a clean, loss-free connection to the amplifier – an essential prerequisite for maintaining the full fidelity of your audio system.
BASS REFLEX PORTS FOR CLEAN AND DEEP BASS
The Monitor S Series features a precisely tuned bass reflex design with a flow-optimized, flared port. This design minimizes air turbulence and flow noise, allowing for deeper and more controlled bass even at higher volumes. The result is powerful low-frequency reproduction with exceptional clarity and efficiency.
