IMMERSIVE SURROUND SOUND FROM A COMPACT DIPOLE DESIGN

The Magnat Monitor S10D is a 2-way dipole speaker designed for diffuse and room-filling surround sound reproduction in the home theater. The sound is radiated in two different directions (forwards and sideways), creating a particularly wide and immersive sound experience. Ideal for placement as rear or side speakers in a 5.1 or 7.1 configuration.

The Monitor S10 D features a dipole tweeter array (3 x 0.5″/13 mm Mylar domes) and a 4.5″/11.4 cm woofer-midrange driver, which together create a particularly room-filling sound field. Thanks to its compact design and wall-mounting option, it is ideal for use as a surround speaker.

A robust MDF housing, coated metal baskets for the chassis and optimized crossovers ensure crystal-clear surround sound. Rubber spikes ensure acoustic decoupling from the wall.

Perfectly matched to the other models in the Monitor S series, the S10D integrates seamlessly with the S30, S10B and S12C, ensuring consistent sound performance across all channels.

Equipped with a 1.27 cm / 0.5″ ultra-light Mylar dome and a powerful ferrite magnet, the Monitor S10D delivers clear, detailed highs with exceptional precision. The highly efficient design ensures a fast, precise response, brilliant high-frequency reproduction and lifelike sound reproduction - ideal for movies and music alike.

FE CHASSIS WITH POINTED CONE FOR DYNAMIC SOUND AND LOW DISTORTION

Magnat's FE-Dynamics chassis technology combines an optimized ferrite magnet system, non-magnetic, ventilated baskets and effective voice coil cooling. This design minimizes losses, improves thermal stability and ensures efficient energy transfer. The result is precise and powerful sound reproduction with extremely low distortion - even at high volumes.

The Pointed Conical Dome in the center of the woofer increases the stability of the diaphragm, reduces unwanted vibrations and improves bass precision and midrange reproduction. The result is deeper, cleaner bass and increased clarity across the entire frequency spectrum - for a balanced and immersive sound performance.
