IMMERSIVE SURROUND SOUND FROM A COMPACT DIPOLE DESIGN
The Magnat Monitor S10D is a 2-way dipole speaker designed for diffuse and room-filling surround sound reproduction in home theater. Sound is radiated in two different directions (forward and sideways), thus creating a particularly wide and immersive sound experience. Ideal for placement as rear or side speakers in a 5.1 or 7.1 configuration.
The Monitor S10 D features a dipole tweeter arrangement (3 x 0.5″/13 mm Mylar domes) and a 4.5″/11.4 cm mid-woofer, which together create a particularly room-filling sound field. Thanks to its compact design and wall-mounting capability, it is ideal for use as a surround speaker.
A robust MDF cabinet, coated metal baskets for the drivers and optimized crossovers ensure crystal clear surround sound. Rubber spikes ensure acoustic decoupling from the wall.
Perfectly matched to the other models in the Monitor S series, the S10D integrates seamlessly with the S30, S10B and S12C, ensuring consistent sound performance across all channels.

Equipped with a 1.27 cm / 0.5″ ultralight Mylar dome and a powerful ferrite magnet, the Monitor S10D delivers clear, detailed highs with exceptional precision. The highly efficient design ensures a fast, exact response, brilliant treble reproduction and lifelike sound reproduction – ideal for movies and music alike.
FE CHASSIS WITH POINTED CONE FOR DYNAMIC SOUND AND LOW DISTORTION
Magnat's FE-Dynamics chassis technology combines an optimized ferrite magnet system, non-magnetic, ventilated baskets and effective voice coil cooling. This design minimizes losses, improves thermal stability and ensures efficient energy transfer. The result is precise and powerful sound reproduction with extremely low distortion – even at high volumes.
The pointed conical dome in the center of the woofer increases the stability of the membrane, reduces unwanted vibrations and improves bass precision as well as midrange reproduction. The result is deeper, cleaner bass and increased clarity across the entire frequency spectrum – for a balanced and immersive sound performance.
TIGHT, PRECISE BASS
The S10D features a closed enclosure design that provides clean, precise bass with excellent control. By eliminating a bass reflex port, these models deliver consistent performance – regardless of placement. Ideal for wall mounting or compact spaces.
