Equipped with a powerful 2-way system consisting of a 6.5" / 17 cm woofer and two 0.75" / 20 mm tweeters, it delivers clear, dynamic sound with impressive depth and balanced reproduction. The discreet design allows for seamless integration into the ceiling. Thanks to the simple installation with standardized mounting cutouts, the speakers can be installed quickly and easily.

The Magnat IC 62 features a dual-tweeter setup that significantly enhances both sound quality and flexibility. By using two tweeters, a wider high-frequency dispersion is achieved, so that music and dialogue are distributed more evenly in the room. This is particularly advantageous in open living areas or rooms with irregular geometry, where homogeneous sound distribution is often difficult to achieve with just one tweeter.

The integrated, optimized crossover ensures that high, mid and low frequencies are perfectly matched and ensures a harmonious, clear listening experience even with complex music or film soundtracks.

The Magnat IC 62 is also designed for use as a surround speaker. For this application, the switch on the crossover is set from "Norm" to "Surr".

In normal mode, the sound can be specifically directed to a specific area in the room. In surround mode, on the other hand, a diffuse radiation pattern is created, which ensures a more spatial and enveloping sound reproduction.

TWEETER TECHNOLOGY

The Magnat Interior IC 62 and IC 82 feature a twin tweeter design with two 0.75″/20 mm aluminum dome tweeters powered by powerful neodymium magnet systems. This concept ensures exceptionally high detail resolution in the high frequency range as well as wide sound dispersion.

The special alignment of the tweeters in conjunction with the integrated multi-directivity circuit enables targeted acoustic optimization for different room conditions. This ensures precise and even sound distribution throughout the listening area.

CROSSOVER AND CONNECTIONS

Equipped with a high-quality APOC crossover (Amplitude and Phase Optimized Crossover), the IC 62 and IC 82 ensure seamless transitions between the frequency ranges and precise spatial imaging.

A solid, gold-plated speaker terminal guarantees a secure, low-loss connection and ensures stable, high-fidelity performance at a high hi-fi level in the long term.

MID- AND LOW-FREQUENCY RANGE

A robust chassis with a light but stiff carbon fiber diaphragm takes over the reproduction of mids and bass. This combination ensures clear, detailed mids as well as powerful and controlled bass reproduction.

Material selection and construction ensure excellent impulse fidelity with minimal distortion - even at higher volumes.

These speakers are suitable for a variety of applications - whether for a classic stereo system, a multiroom setup or as surround speakers in a home theater.
