The Grandinote Mach 2R embodies the essence of crossover-free, pure wide-range sound. From the smaller Mach models with just two drivers to the larger arrays, the operating principle remains consistent: all drivers are full-range and entirely free from crossovers or electronic equalization. Even what might appear as a cut for the super tweeter is not a true crossover — it is a minor adjustment, preserving the integrity of the wide-range signal. A loudspeaker that offers remarkable detail, speed, coherence, and an immersive sense of space, all while remaining true to the original recording. With a minimum impedance close to the transducer coil’s natural “Re,” the Mach 2R exemplifies Grandinote’s commitment to precision engineering, musical purity, and crossover-free innovation.

The Mach 2R is the pinnacle of Grandinote’s pursuit of pure, crossover-less sound. After years of experimentation, we created our own mechanically treated drivers—eliminating break-up without sacrificing musicality.
