What Reviewers Are Saying
SOUND QUALITY PERFORMANCE 83/100
The available listening commentary highlights an articulate, unusually open presentation and particularly strong detail retrieval. However, the supplied reviews offer little direct assessment of bass balance, midrange timbre, treble behavior, or dynamic expression.
Bass
80/100
The supplied reviews do not directly discuss bass extension, impact, texture, or control. As a result, there is little listener evidence on how the S750 handles low-frequency material.
Midrange
80/100
Reviewers do not provide direct comments on vocal presence, instrumental timbre, warmth, or midrange balance. The available remarks about articulation suggest clarity overall, but do not specifically establish midrange performance.
Treble
80/100
The reviews describe a characteristically open Grado presentation, but do not specifically address treble extension, smoothness, sibilance, or fatigue. There is therefore limited evidence on its high-frequency tuning.
Resolution Detail
93/100
Best of High End calls the S750 remarkably detailed and articulate, praising an openness it says few rivals match at this level. MajorHifi also frames detail and clarity as central to the model's intended appeal, though its supplied excerpt does not provide a completed listening verdict.
Soundstage Imaging
86/100
Best of High End specifically praises the S750's openness, indicating a spacious and unconstrained presentation for an open-air headphone. The supplied reviews do not offer direct detail on image placement, depth, or layering precision.
Dynamics
80/100
The reviews say little about transient snap, punch, macro-dynamic scale, or microdynamic nuance. No direct assessment is provided of how convincingly the S750 handles large shifts in musical intensity.
Assessments of Build Quality, Usability, and Overall Propositions.
Comfort Fit
85/100
Best of High End cautions that the on-ear design will not suit every listener and presents resolution as the greater priority over long-session comfort. That is a meaningful individual caveat, but the supplied reviews contain no further fit reporting to establish a wider comfort problem.
Build Quality
80/100
MajorHifi identifies craftsmanship as part of the S750's premium appeal, but the supplied excerpt does not assess materials, adjustment hardware, cable durability, or long-term robustness. The available reviews provide limited direct evidence about construction quality.
Features Usability
82/100
The S750 includes a detachable Signature Gold cable and a four-pin balanced mini-XLR headphone connection, useful provisions for a wired audiophile design. The supplied reviews do not discuss day-to-day cable handling, pad replacement, storage, or other ownership details.
Value for Money
85/100
At an asking price of roughly $1,695 to $2,195, the S750 competes in a demanding premium headphone segment. None of the supplied reviews directly weighs in on whether its performance and ownership experience justify that price against rivals.

Grado’s Signature S750 Headphones Featuring New S2 Drivers and Cushion Design
October 15th, 2025, Brooklyn, NY – Grado Labs, world-renowned designer and manufacturer of award-winning headphones, announces the launch of the Signature S750 headphones, the latest addition to its acclaimed Signature Line. As the third model in the line, the S750 builds on the award-winning stature of the Signature HP100 SE and Signature S950, offering another entry point into Grado’s expanding Signature collection, while staying true to the company’s tradition of uncompromising craftsmanship and sound quality. The S750 features a new ground-up driver design and sees the introduction of a new cushion.
At the heart of the S750 lies the brand new S2 50mm driver, completely re-engineered from the ground up. Featuring a carbon fiber and paper composite diaphragm and paired with a lightweight copper-plated aluminum voice coil, this driver delivers a natural musical presentation with definition and dynamic range. The S2 driver design continues Grado’s commitment to class-leading sonics, ensuring the S750 captures the detail and character of every performance while offering a uniquely engaging listening experience.
The S750 continues the Signature Line tradition of detachable cables, first introduced with the HP100 SE. Supplied with a 6-foot cable terminated in a 6.3mm single-ended plug, the new Signature Gold braided design is softer, more durable, and lighter than before, while the improved insulation enhances its flexibility.
Each cable connects to the headphone housing via a 4-pin balanced mini XLR, providing compatibility with present and future detachable Grado cables. Accessory cable options include additional lengths, as well as source terminations such as 4-pin balanced XLR and 4.4mm balanced single ended, enabling users to tailor setups to their personal preference and source equipment.
Debuting with the S750 is the new Grado B cushion, a fresh approach to comfort and acoustic performance. Standard on the S750 and soon to be available as an accessory, the B cushion is compatible with all current Grado wired headphones.
The B cushion shortens the distance between the driver and the ear and introduces a smaller interior pocket that redefines the acoustic balance. Eight precisely engineered slits improve airflow, increasing the soundstage while maintaining detail. The flat surface distributes pressure more evenly across the ear, reducing fatigue and creating a distinct new feel for long listening sessions.
The housing of the S750 is an all aluminum construction, each one handcrafted in Brooklyn, NY. Despite its robust build, the S750 weighs just 460 grams, making it over 10% lighter than the HP100 SE while still delivering the premium feel and durability that defines the Signature Line.
The headband assembly of the S750 mirrors that of the Signature HP100 SE and S950, with a few subtle refinements. Though slightly narrower, the leather headband retains 50% more padding than earlier Grado models, ensuring long-lasting comfort.
Engineered for reliability, the assembly incorporates engraved aluminum alloy gimbals, stainless-steel height rods, and reinforced aluminum junction blocks. The limited 105-degree rotation reduces wear while maintaining flexibility, improving both stability and long-term durability.
Founded on a kitchen table in 1953, and working with wood for over a quarter century, Grado Labs has been perfecting the art of sonic reproduction every day since. The Signature S750 has traveled from workbench to workbench until ready for your ears. Every experience since that kitchen table has led to the creation of the Signature S750 headphone.
