Falcon Loudspeakers F50
The Falcon F50 is a classic British 2-way ported stand mount speaker, deploying matched pairs of Falcon 5” B110 woofers and customised SEAS 19mm tweeters.
The carefully chosen drive units blended together with a handmade natural wood veneered Italian cabinet produces a speaker capable of superb sonic quality with surprising bass extension, typical Falcon precise imaging, smooth response and excellent sound stage.
This classic small British loudspeaker uses well-established design principles with a 5” woofer and ¾” tweeter. The format of a rear-ported 5” bass unit (in this case naturally the famous Falcon B110) and a ¾” dome tweeter is well known to produce excellent results from smaller cabinets.
Currently available in North America only.

Fine-tuned for vocal intimacy, the Falcon F50 serves a strikingly detailed, voice-forward presentation with a refined midrange and palpable delicacy, while its laser-like imaging places instruments precisely. This compact 2-way (Falcon B110 woofer/SEAS soft-dome) pairs high-quality walnut veneers and precise fit-and-finish, making it a small-monitor that punches above its size, per John Marks.

Bass
82/100
5" woofer, claimed 60Hz–25kHz. Reviewer notes the F50 is modest bass-wise compared with a larger BMR monitor and that adding ‘straws in’ improved articulation and control; solid for a 5" small bookshelf but not deep like larger enclosures.
Mid
90/100
Review praises coherent, slightly sweeter midrange with strong delicacy and detail; compared favorably to an improved ProAc Tablette and described as addictive listening—clear evidence of excellent mid performance.
Treble
90/100
Reviewer reports no lack of treble and highlights delicacy and fine detail; treble is well-extended and refined without reported glare or sibilance.
Soundstage Imaging
92/100
Imaging described as 'laser-like' and listening noted as 'addictive'; reviewers emphasize focused, precise imaging and coherent mid-to-treble integration yielding an impressive soundstage for the size.
Dynamics
86/100
Dynamics are controlled rather than exaggerated—the reviewer welcomed the absence of an 'Exaggerated Jump Factor'—good punch and control for the form factor though not described as reference-level slam.
