This purchase includes a full metal aluminum remote controller and the firmware update for the first production AMP-23R units (with the old plastic remote controller).
The firmware update includes the latest “return to zero” feature and bug fixes. The updated AMP-23R automatically sets its gain knob to the minimum when it’s turning off, or when the headphones are inserted.
The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs to Enleum’s office in San Jose, CA, or in Korea.
The lead time for the service is two to three weeks upon arrival.
