- This purchase includes a full metal aluminum remote controller and the firmware update for the first production AMP-23R units (with the old plastic remote controller).
- The firmware update includes the latest “return to zero” feature and bug fixes. The updated AMP-23R automatically sets its gain knob to the minimum when it’s turning off, or when the headphones are inserted.
- The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs to Enleum’s office in San Jose, CA, or in Korea.
- The lead time for the service is two to three weeks upon arrival.
