A tube preamp completed in 2008 made me feel good for a long time. Tube rectification, 5687 for voltage regulation, and ECC81+ECC82 for amplification and output. The effective output range reaches 94.5V (peak to peak). The sound is as delicate, smooth and shiny as porcelain. A few days later, he called and simply said that he had put away a certain imported famous tube preamp that he had been using. Formula P1000 was born from this. My own sound evaluation of Formula P1000 is that it is very full, the vocals have flesh, the instrument has a cavity, and there are rich overtones from low frequency to high frequency. It has smoothness and dynamics, and is suitable for almost all types of music. Because the output level of modern digital audio sources is relatively high, the gain setting of Formula P1000 is lower than that of traditional preamps, taking into account speakers and headphone systems.
