Add flexible app EQ and this is a notably well-rounded everyday true-wireless option.

What Reviewers Are Saying
SOUND QUALITY PERFORMANCE 80/100
The W240TN offers a warm, bass-forward presentation with clear, naturally placed vocals and a deliberately smooth top end. It is easy to listen to for long sessions, but limited treble sparkle, modest detail retrieval, and only average spatial precision keep it from being a particularly technical-sounding earbud.
Bass
84/100
Reviewers found deep sub-bass extension and satisfying low-end impact, with usable texture still audible near the lowest frequencies. Mid-bass remains elevated and can sound thick on some recordings, so the app EQ may be useful for listeners seeking a cleaner balance.
Midrange
87/100
Male vocals have adequate clarity and weight, while female vocals are described as present, natural in timbre, and free of stridency. Prime Audio Reviews also found instruments and vocals appropriately placed rather than recessed, thick, or bloated.
Treble
80/100
The treble is smooth, polite, and well suited to fatigue-free listening, with reasonably natural timbre rather than harshness. A noticeable upper-treble dip reduces cymbal energy, air, and sparkle, however, and one review noted some graininess and slightly dull cymbals.
Resolution Separation
77/100
Ecoustics specifically noted that detail retrieval is not a major strength and that EQ cannot fully change that limitation. Separation is acceptable for the price, but denser mixes do not receive unusually distinct instrument delineation.
Soundstage Imaging
77/100
The stage is described as wider than it is deep, with limited height. Imaging is serviceable, but musicians sound generally localized rather than sharply locked into a convincing three-dimensional space.
Dynamics Coherence
75/100
The reviews say little directly about macro-dynamic swings, transient attack, or driver integration. The available listening impressions suggest a cohesive, relaxed tuning, but do not establish exceptional dynamic expression.
FIT COMFORT ISOLATION PERFORMANCE 82/100
The unusual forward-raked nozzle arrangement places much of the shell behind the ear canal, and one reviewer found this reduced passive attenuation. Comfort feedback is positive, while practical noise reduction relies substantially on ANC that reviewers considered functional but unremarkable.
Seal Stability
80/100
Ecoustics noted that the nozzle positioning and shell geometry reduce passive isolation, indicating that the fit does not create the deepest acoustic seal. There is no repeated report of the earbuds falling out or of major bass changes from an unstable seal.
Comfort
88/100
Prime Audio Reviews described the W240TN as very comfortable. The shell design keeps much of the housing behind the ear canal, which may help reduce the feeling of bulk in the ear.
Isolation
78/100
Passive isolation is limited by the fit geometry, making ANC more important in noisy places. ANC works, but Prime Audio Reviews considered it mediocre beside some similarly priced alternatives, while Ecoustics still regarded the overall noise cancellation as better than average for the budget class.
Assessments of Build Quality, Usability, and Overall Propositions.
Build Accessories
88/100
Reviewers praised the sturdy, pocketable charging case and described overall build quality as better than average for a budget true-wireless model. The included tip selection is less impressive, with only four pairs supplied, which gives fewer fitting options than some competitors.
Value for Money
95/100
At around $79 to $80, Ecoustics called the W240TN a budget-category leader and said few alternatives offer as much in the round. The combination of solid construction, useful battery performance, noise cancellation, app EQ, and enjoyable sound was considered easy to recommend at this price.
