What Reviewers Are Saying
SOUND QUALITY PERFORMANCE 75/100
The supplied review extracts offer very limited listening detail beyond the M90 playing louder than Edifier's smaller M60 on energetic music. They do not provide enough evidence to draw firm conclusions about tonal balance, imaging, or refinement.
Bass
75/100
The reviews supplied do not describe bass depth, control, texture, or room behaviour. The compact speaker uses 4-inch mid-bass drivers, but the extracts do not establish how they perform in listening.
Mid
75/100
The supplied excerpts do not discuss vocal clarity, instrumental timbre, midrange warmth, or coherence. There is therefore little reviewer evidence on this aspect of the M90's presentation.
Treble
75/100
Reviewers provide no direct comments on treble detail, air, smoothness, or brightness in the supplied material. The silk-dome tweeter specification alone does not reveal how the top end sounds.
Soundstage Imaging
75/100
The review extracts do not address stereo width, image focus, depth, or placement sensitivity. Desktop and USB-C use are mentioned, but no listening observations establish imaging performance.
Dynamics
79/100
The Audiophile Man found that the M90 played much louder than the smaller M60 with high-energy music. That suggests useful output headroom for a compact desktop system, although the supplied material does not assess punch, compression, or fine dynamic expression in detail.
Assessments of Build Quality, Usability, and Overall Propositions.
Build Quality
75/100
The supplied reviews do not offer direct observations on cabinet finish, resonance control, terminals, driver execution, or long-term durability. The available extracts focus instead on connectivity and app operation.
Value for Money
85/100
One review identifies the M90 as a £300 powered speaker, but the supplied extracts do not state whether it is especially good value or compare it directly with price rivals. Its broad connection set, including HDMI eARC, USB-C, optical, Bluetooth and app control, gives it a versatile proposition at that price, but reviewer value judgement is limited.
