Chiara has unique qualities that differentiate it from all other audio systems. But the look is essential to obtaining the sonic qualities that enable Chiara to redefine what is possible in music reproduction.  Chiara’s all new concept, design, technology, and engineering break with the industry assumptions which also includes what a speaker should look like. Because Chiara is biamplified, the amplifier connections are direct to the tweeter and woofer with no passive crossover parts in the signal path, which eliminates coloration from capacitors, inductors and resistors. Time delay in the Mighty Cat software suite enables electronic time alignment so Chiara performs as a point source, completely coherent, so there is no sense of a separate tweeter and woofer.
