Cyrus Audio 80 AMP

The CYRUS 80 AMP is built for listeners who believe music deserves their full attention. Designed and manufactured in Britain, it combines four decades of engineering expertise with a new full-width platform, delivering greater scale, authority and emotional depth from every performance. With award-winning BluOS streaming built in, versatile connectivity and a powerful Class A/B amplifier at its heart, the 80 AMP is designed to become the centre of your listening experience. Every detail has been considered to remove the distance between you and the music, revealing more of the performance without adding anything that does not belong.

From the first note, the 80 AMP is engineered to create a wider, more immersive soundstage, with the clarity, control and precision that have defined CYRUS for over forty years. Whether you’re streaming high-resolution music, spinning vinyl, rediscovering your CD collection or connecting a television, every source is handled with the same discipline and care. The result is a system that doesn’t simply reproduce music, but brings you closer to the feeling behind every recording.

A wider stage for the music.

Customised DAC design is at the forefront of all digital products from Cyrus, and the 80 amp embodies this approach like never before.

Based upon the ESS Sabre ES9039Q2M chipset and HyperStream IV Dual DAC technology, the 80 amp supports up to 192k/24-bit PCM and DSD256. Every component has been analysed by our engineering team and the board layout fully optimised to tune the DAC so that we can achieve the highest possible performance.

With BluOS you can instantly discover and enjoy millions of songs from your existing music services, tune in to your favourite internet radio stations and podcasts from around the world, or access and listen to the music collections stored on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop on any and every Player in your home.

Simply tap/click the music you want to hear in the BluOS Controller app anywhere in the home and let any BluOS Enabled Player be the heart of your listening experience.

Every element inside the 80 AMP has been chosen with one goal in mind: preserving more of the performance. From the custom Class A/B amplifier design and high-resolution ESS Sabre DAC to carefully managed power architecture, every engineering decision removes noise, distortion and distraction.

The result is greater clarity, control and authority, allowing every recording to breathe naturally and every performance to connect more deeply.

The 80 AMP is designed to become the foundation of your system. Extensive analogue and digital connectivity, HDMI eARC, MM phono, balanced XLR and pre-out connections make it easy to integrate every source, from vinyl and CD to television and high-resolution streaming.

As your listening evolves, the 80 AMP evolves with it, offering upgrade paths and system flexibility without ever compromising its core performance.

The 80 AMP is designed and built in Britain, continuing over four decades of CYRUS engineering. Every product is developed with the same belief: technical excellence should never exist for its own sake, but to bring listeners closer to the music they love.

Manufactured to exacting standards and proudly carrying the Made in Britain accreditation, the 80 AMP reflects our commitment to quality, longevity and precision. From the components inside to the finish you see every day, every detail is engineered to perform for years to come.
