Clarisys Audio Global MINUET MK2
The MINUET MK2 brings refined planar-ribbon sound together with unusually tactile, authoritative bass, delivering dynamic-driver-like weight without cabinet coloration. Dagogo found its low-end impact especially persuasive, while also reporting comfortable performance in a medium-sized room. This is a poised high-end speaker for listeners seeking ribbon delicacy with genuine physical foundation.

What Reviewers Are Saying
SOUND QUALITY PERFORMANCE 83/100
The available listening comments point to a refined planar-ribbon presentation and unexpectedly forceful low-frequency performance. However, the reviews provide little direct discussion of vocal timbre, treble character, imaging, or dynamic scaling.
Bass
91/100
Dagogo found the Minuet's bass more tactile than the comparison speakers and described its output and impact as comparable to a single 10- to 12-inch dynamic driver. The reviewer also heard this authority without cabinet coloration, although rear-wall clearance remains important despite the limited rear-firing bass.
Mid
80/100
Dagogo characterizes the Minuet generally as refined, which suggests a polished overall presentation. The reviews offer no detailed comments on vocal presence, instrumental timbre, or crossover-region coherence.
Treble
80/100
The available review material describes refinement in broad terms but does not specifically assess treble extension, air, detail, or potential glare. There is therefore little direct guidance on how the ribbon treble behaves with demanding recordings.
Soundstage Imaging
80/100
The Minuet was said to fit and perform comfortably in a 13-by-23-foot room. Beyond that room-fit observation, the reviews say little about image focus, stage width, depth, or layering.
Dynamics
80/100
The reported bass impact indicates that the speaker can convey some physical weight at low frequencies. The reviews do not directly address large-scale headroom, transient expression, or composure at high volume.
Assessments of Build Quality, Usability, and Overall Propositions.
Build Quality
75/100
The supplied reviews do not offer direct observations about cabinet finish, panel construction, terminals, driver execution, or long-term durability. They do note that the bass presentation avoids cabinet coloration, but this is a listening observation rather than a detailed assessment of construction.
Value for Money
85/100
At an indicated price of roughly $90,000 to $95,000, the Minuet competes in a very demanding high-end segment. None of the supplied reviews directly judges whether it represents strong value against similarly priced alternatives.

Manufacturer's Description — Clarisys Audio Global
MINUET MK2
When refinement meets force — more presence, more power, more emotion.
The Clarisys Minuet is the next level of immersive ribbon performance, offering a larger, more dynamic presentation while retaining the speed, transparency, and effortlessness that define every Clarisys loudspeaker. The Minuet features a larger radiating surface and a deeper, more powerful bass panel compared to the Piccolo. The midrange and treble are handled by dual bipole pure aluminium midrange ribbons and quad bipole aluminium treble ribbons — each with its own dedicated transformer — delivering exceptional control, resolution, and spatial realism. Driven by an exclusive N52 neodymium magnet system, the Minuet plays with greater ease, scale, and authority, making it ideal for medium to large listening rooms and high-performance systems. The enclosure is crafted from rigid aluminium, machined to exacting tolerances.
- 3-way design: bass ribbon, dual bipole midrange ribbons, quad bipole aluminium treble ribbons
- Dedicated transformer per ribbon section (midrange & treble) for maximum control
- Exclusive N52 neodymium magnet system
- Larger radiating surface vs. Piccolo for greater scale and authority
- CNC-machined rigid aluminium enclosure
- WBT binding posts throughout
