Specialized Single-ended Class A Tuning

Our engineers have designed an amplification circuit in single-ended Class A to  take full advantage of the characteristics of each NOS vacuum tubes

Through ingenious design and carefully planned wiring, we have preserved  the balanced, mellow, warm sound and rich harmonic characteristics  during the tuning processes.

Multi-stage filtering and low-noise FET voltage regulating circuit,  along with in-house developed Z11 core EI output transformer, achieve perfect  driving for headphone loads.

Critical Core-Competence in Making Tube Amplifier In-house Developed Wide-bandwidth Transformers

Transformer plays a vital role in transformer coupled vacuum tube amplifier.  The design and implementation of transformers become an important part  of our product tuning. 

The output transformer and power transformer use high-quality wide-bandwidth EI transformers specially developed for HA-2A. They use Z11 EI type iron core  from Japan, and are wounded using Cayin's precise hand-winding process. 

With a fully enclosed metal casing and resin sealing, these transformers deliver ample  power with high efficiency and extremely low distortion because the magnetic field  interference has been reduced to a satisfactory level

Reference Grade Craftsmanship Point-to-Point Wiring 

All Cayin vacuum tube amplifiers are point-to-point wired to ensure  shortest signal path and better attention to detail, the entire circuitry is  hand wired by skillful craftsmen. 

The internal circuits of the HA-2A, from tube connections to resistors and  capacitors, are soldered and carefully routed using premium internal  wirings to enhance signal transmission speed and low interference  throughout the entire circuit.
