Through ingenious design and carefully planned wiring, we have preserved the balanced, mellow, warm sound and rich harmonic characteristics during the tuning processes.
Multi-stage filtering and low-noise FET voltage regulating circuit, along with in-house developed Z11 core EI output transformer, achieve perfect driving for headphone loads.
Critical Core-Competence in Making Tube Amplifier In-house Developed Wide-bandwidth Transformers
Transformer plays a vital role in transformer coupled vacuum tube amplifier. The design and implementation of transformers become an important part of our product tuning.
The output transformer and power transformer use high-quality wide-bandwidth EI transformers specially developed for HA-2A. They use Z11 EI type iron core from Japan, and are wounded using Cayin's precise hand-winding process.
With a fully enclosed metal casing and resin sealing, these transformers deliver ample
power with high efficiency and extremely low distortion because the magnetic field
interference has been reduced to a satisfactory level
