High-performance Streaming Amplifier with Phono Excellence
The AVM Streaming Amplifier AS 3.3 and AS 5.3 are based on the AVM X-Stream Engine® and offer modern, intuitive operation via the RC-X App. They combine all modern connections such as HDMI ARC for TV and a high-performance phono input for MM/MC systems with complete adjustment, thus replacing complex device combinations. The screwless aluminum housing impresses with minimalist elegance and high-quality design.

The completely newly developed phono input stage of the AS 5.3 opens up the entire fascination of analog music reproduction. Whether MM or MC system – every pickup system finds its ideal match here. All sound-relevant settings can be adjusted uniquely conveniently directly in the AVM app – without plugging in cables or complicated switches.

Tube Sound versus Pure Transistor Technology: AS 5.3 and AS 3.3
The AS 5.3 is characterized by its Tube Line Stage, which is located in the preamplifier section. These tubes, specially manufactured for AVM, unfold their tonal charm through a specially developed tube stage. Thanks to AVM's own circuit technology, the tubes are pleasingly durable with approximately 20,000 hours.
The AS 3.3 works as a pure transistor device and offers a more neutral sound signature. All other connection and performance data are identical to the AS 5.3.
Sound Technology and Amplifier Performance
The AS 3.3 and AS 5.3 offer impressive sound quality thanks to powerful amplifier stages that deliver 350 watts into 4 ohms and effortlessly drive any speaker. The digital section is based on the ESS9028 PRO Double-Quad DAC, which works with four DACs per channel and perfectly reproduces high-resolution formats up to 384/32 PCM and DSD 256.
Handcrafted Precision and Quality Control
The Evolution AS devices are available in aluminum silver or black and can also be ordered in the exclusive Cellini version with a chrome-plated front and polished rotary knobs on request. All devices are handcrafted in the AVM factory in Malsch and undergo intensive quality controls. An extended warranty of up to four years is available with online registration.
