SOUND QUALITY PERFORMANCE 94/100
The available review describes an exceptionally capable open-baffle speaker, combining deep and controlled low frequencies with a neutral, integrated presentation. This is highly enthusiastic coverage, though it comes from a single source.

The review calls the bass perfectly integrated and neutral, while describing it as deep, strong, clean, controlled, articulate, and dynamic. With four 15-inch woofers per pair and reported extension to 20Hz, the OBi MAX is presented as delivering unusually substantial open-baffle low-frequency authority.

Treble
91/100
The horn-loaded dome super-tweeter is described as providing pristine high-frequency delivery. Coverage is brief on treble voicing and long-term listening with challenging recordings, but the available assessment is strongly positive.

Assessments of Build Quality, Usability, and Overall Propositions.
Build Quality
82/100
The review identifies substantial engineering elements, including the 31cm DuoPole wideband driver, four purpose-designed 15-inch open-baffle woofers, and a no-compromise passive crossover. It offers little direct assessment of cabinet finish, structural rigidity, terminals, or long-term durability, so the complete execution is less clearly documented.
Value for Money
85/100
At approximately $28,750, the OBi MAX competes in a rarefied high-end speaker market where buyers will expect exceptional scale, bass extension, and engineering. The review is emphatically positive about performance, but it does not directly compare the AudioNec with similarly priced rivals or explicitly assess whether the asking price is justified.
