Conductor material:

The long-crystalline solid-core 4N pure silver conductor features an exceptionally long crystal structure, ensuring high homogeneity of the material. This is achieved through a complex, multi-hour annealing process during manufacturing, resulting in an extraordinarily high and undisturbed conductivity.

Insulation:

The 4N pure silver conductor is encased in a three-component insulation system. A PU lacquer coating protects against short circuits, while the air chambers within the cotton fabric minimize dielectric losses. Additionally, a 2 mm thick Teflon sheath provides complete insulation. The high flexibility of the material allows for smooth handling while offering outstanding protection against external interference.

Construction:

Hand-selected twisted-pair design with precisely defined conductor diameter and an optimized number of strands to improve cable capacitance and inductance.

Connections:

Available with RCA or XLR connectors, free from nickel barriers and soldered with Cardas silver solder for precise signal transmission. The 5-pin DIN connector is custom-made in-house to ensure optimal connectivity.

Shielding:

A tinned copper braid forms an effective shield between the Teflon sheath and the Kevlar fabric, reducing external interference and minimizing signal loss. The shielding effect is further enhanced by the special cable geometry and grid structure.
