Unlike asymmetrical modulation cables, which are made up of an active conductor (hot spot) and a ground braid (cold spot), ACS 12 symmetrical modulation cable is made up of two active conductors (+ and -) called hot spot and cold spot, with the separate ground braid serving solely as a shield and connected to ground. In addition, an aluminum foil surrounds the cable insulation to act as a screen against electromagnetic and other interference.

This technique, derived from professional equipment and introduced into the world of "high-end" hi-fi, enables very high-level musical performance even over lengths of several meters.

This cable is recommended for all types of connection with XLR sockets, such as a preamplifier to an amplifier. But also for connecting our sources to the inputs of some of our amplifiers or preamplifiers.
